
Stay Active, Stay Healthy – Join Our Chair Exercise Class!
Looking for a gentle yet effective way to stay active? Murray Hill UMC’s Chair Exercise Class is the perfect solution! Designed for all fitness levels, this low-impact workout is done entirely from a seated position — making it easier on your joints and lower back while still giving your arms and legs a great workout.
Led by a guided audio instructor, each session offers a fun and supportive atmosphere. You’ll have the option to use light hand weights (1–2 lbs) to add a bit of strength training to your routine. It’s a fantastic way to stay in shape, improve mobility, and enjoy the company of others who are also focused on health and wellness.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking for a safe way to stay moving, we welcome you to join us for chair exercises and feel the difference it can make!
