If you are looking for some simple forms of exercises, then look no further than Murry Hill UMC chair exercises. In this class we do our exercises in a seated position. This puts less strain on you lower back and allows you to still give your legs and arms a great workout. This is all done while listening to an audio taped instructor. Within the workout you will have the chance to use 1 to 2lb weights while exercising. This is a great way to keep in shape and enjoy with others who are having fun working out. We welcome you to join us for chair exercises.
