Food Pantry

How You Can Help

This ministry is made possible through the generosity of our church family, local partners, and volunteers. If you’re looking for a way to give back, there are several ways to get involved:

🛒 Donate Food – Non-perishable items can be dropped off at the church during office hours or designated collection days.
💵 Make a Financial Contribution – Monetary donations allow us to purchase in-demand items in bulk and help sustain the pantry long-term.
🤝 Volunteer Your Time – Help us pack bags, distribute food, or assist with organization and logistics. Volunteers are always needed and appreciated.
🙏 Pray – Your prayers for the families we serve and for our ministry are a powerful gift.

Why It Matters

The Food Pantry is more than just a ministry—it’s a reflection of who we are as followers of Christ. In Matthew 25:35, Jesus says, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.” At Murray Hill UMC, we take these words to heart. Every can of food, every shared smile, every kind word offered across a table—these are acts of love that make a difference.
