Food Pantry

How You Can Help

This ministry is made possible through the generosity of our church family, local partners, and volunteers. If youโ€™re looking for a way to give back, there are several ways to get involved:

๐Ÿ›’ Donate Food โ€“ Non-perishable items can be dropped off at the church during office hours or designated collection days.
๐Ÿ’ต Make a Financial Contribution โ€“ Monetary donations allow us to purchase in-demand items in bulk and help sustain the pantry long-term.
๐Ÿค Volunteer Your Time โ€“ Help us pack bags, distribute food, or assist with organization and logistics. Volunteers are always needed and appreciated.
๐Ÿ™ Pray โ€“ Your prayers for the families we serve and for our ministry are a powerful gift.

Why It Matters

The Food Pantry is more than just a ministryโ€”it’s a reflection of who we are as followers of Christ. In Matthew 25:35, Jesus says, โ€œFor I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.โ€ At Murray Hill UMC, we take these words to heart. Every can of food, every shared smile, every kind word offered across a tableโ€”these are acts of love that make a difference.
